OOTD: Asos Peacock Skater Skirt ‘Yay or Nay’?

Like I promised on Twitter yesterday, here’s my Yay or Nay? OOTD. I bought the skirt with flower and peacock print on Asos.com, together with the cut-out strapped boots from River Island. Both for reduced prices. I’m not really sure about the skirt. I like the prints and the color of it, but I’m not sure about the fabric. It’s high waisted made from a stretch cotton jersey. What do you think?

Does it look cheap or too much like a track suit? Or doesn’t it look that way at all?

And I also wanted to talk about my new House of Holland tee. In this post I said I loved it, I still do. But, here’s the point, it’s a little to boxy and loose-fitted for me. Normally I love a baggy shirt, but this one’s more boyfriend-material. So you can buy the tee for 35 euro’s in ‘shop my closet‘. If it doesn’t sell, I will gladly donate it to my love.

DUTCH – Gisteren heb ik op Twitter beloofd een Yay or Nay? OOTD te plaatsen, dus bij deze. Ik heb het rokje met bloemen- en pauwenprint op Asos.com gekocht, samen met de cut-out boots met riempjes van River Island. Beide in de sale. Waar ik niet zeker over ben is het rokje. Ik vind de print leuk en de kleur ook, maar ik twijfel nog over de stof. Het is een hoge taille rok gemaakt van katoenen stretch jersey. Wat denk jij ervan? Lijkt het goedkoop of op een trainingspakkenstof? Of valt dat allemaal reuze mee?

Ik wil ook nog even praten over mijn nieuwe House of Holland t-shirt. In deze post zei ik dat ik het shirt geweldig vind, en dat vind ik nog steeds. Maar nu komt het, het shirt is een beetje té oversized en hoekig. Het is meer een t-shirt voor mijn vriend. Dus heb ik besloten om het shirt in ‘shop my closet‘ te zetten voor 35 euro. Als het niet verkoopt, dan geef ik het heel graag aan mijn lief.
